The room was clean and comfortable, with modern amenities and a beautiful view of the central fountain. The staff were extremely friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. We loved eating in the restaurant, the food was delicious and the prices were reasonable. The location was also perfect, just a short walk from the center of Florence and convenient for tours. we highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The facilities and room were great, with a small bar, billiard room, and restaurant available. The breakfast meals were delicious and the staff was kind and friendly. The hotel is located less than 2 miles from the Historic Center and is easy to reach on foot from the train station. It is also convenient to the center but out of the tourist mess in the very center.

The hotel's design and amenities were efficient and modern, with plenty of charging areas and complimentary water and snacks. The restaurant offered exceptional food, including delicious pizzas and desserts. The staff was friendly, helpful, and kind. The location was convenient, just a short walk from the Dome, and the breakfast had a great variety of options. The free spa was a wonderful bonus after a long day of sightseeing.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, allowing me to easily explore all the attractions of this beautiful city on foot. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The room was modern and clean, equipped with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. We had a fantastic time here! The location was perfect for us, as we were within easy walking distance of the major attractions. Our room was spacious and clean, and the service we received was exceptional. We were impressed by the range of amenities available, including a terrace, in-room safe, and ironing facilities. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and we particularly enjoyed the welcome drink on arrival.

The hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood, yet very close to all the top sightseeing spots. It is just a short walk to the main center, the Duomo, and the Accademia gallery. The rooms are stylish, comfortable, and clean, with lovely bathrooms. The staff are polite, helpful, and efficient. The breakfast offers a variety of options, including fruit, yogurt, cereal, cakes, pastries.
Some guests had issues with the cleanliness of their rooms and the firmness of the beds and pillows.

During our Easter stay, we enjoyed the clean and decent rooms at the hotel. It was a relief to have a coffee/tea making facility in the room, which added to our convenience. The hotel's location was also a plus, as it only took us about 10 minutes to walk to the city center. This allowed us to easily explore and enjoy the attractions of the city.
One downside was the breakfast, which we found to be lacking in cooked options. While there was plenty of cheese, ham, and fruit, we would have preferred some hot dishes.

The hotel had clean and spacious rooms, and the bathroom was larger than expected. The breakfast offered a good selection with plenty of options. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the hotel had free internet and two computers available for use. The fitness area and patio were nice amenities to have.
The location of the hotel was a bit far from the city center, requiring a 15-minute walk to reach interesting sights. The toilet seat was positioned too high, which could be inconvenient for shorter guests.
